Set up in four steps
Add keywords and sources
Add your brand, your own name and the spellings people actually use. Then add RSS feeds, or pick news sites by country from the built-in Source Library. The plugin checks them every six hours.

Each mention is marked positive, negative or neutral. Reputation health, mentions over time and a keyword cloud are on one screen, so a run of bad coverage is easy to spot early.

Manage every mention in one list
Filter by sentiment, by type or by country. Turn any mention into a full WordPress post in one click, with the focus keyword and meta description already filled in for Yoast or Rank Math.

RSS monitoring and Source Library
Add any RSS feed, or pick from more than 850 news feeds built into the plugin, sorted by country. Each source is checked every six hours.
Sentiment dashboard
Sentiment scoring, mentions over time, a keyword cloud and a map of where coverage is coming from.
Arabic keyword matching
Different spellings and forms of the same Arabic word are matched correctly, so a mention is not missed because of a hamza.
Turn coverage into a post
One click converts a mention into a WordPress post with the focus keyword and meta description already filled in for Yoast or Rank Math.

News monitoring runs on RSS feeds. Posts from the networks below are added by pasting their link. All mentions display through the inMedia Mentions block or shortcode.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners. inMedia Reputation is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
What it does not do
No automatic social media scanning
inMedia Reputation monitors news sites and blogs through RSS. It does not scan X, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok automatically; social posts are added one by one.
Pro is coming soon
