Plugin licences

Paid plugin licences can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Our free plugin involves no payment.

Services

• If work has not started, you can get a full refund.
• Once work has started, the part already completed is not refundable.
• A press release that has been distributed cannot be refunded, because the publication costs have already been paid.

How to ask

Write to info@inmediawire.com with your order details. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, and the time they take depends on your bank or payment provider.
